These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://davaviation.com and the services offered through it (the “Service”), operated by DAVAviation Kft. (registered seat: 2360 Gyál, Gábor Áron utca 13, Hungary; company registration number: 13-09-247167; tax number: 33051242-2-13; email: info@davaviation.com). By using the website or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What DAVAviation is
DAVAviation Kft. is a networking and introduction service for aircraft maintenance engineers and aviation organisations. We collect registrations from candidates and requirements from companies, and we facilitate introductions between them.
DAVAviation is not:
- an employer, a recruitment agency of record, or a staffing agency,
- an EASA-approved training organisation (Part-147), maintenance organisation (Part-145), or any other approved/certified aviation body,
- a party to any employment, training, or service contract that may result from an introduction.
Any training described as “EASA-approved” refers to the approvals held by our partner organisations, not by DAVAviation itself.
2. No guarantee of outcome
We make reasonable efforts to match registered candidates with relevant opportunities, but we do not guarantee any introduction, contract, placement, training place, interview, or employment. Decisions about employment, contracts and training are made solely by the relevant third-party organisations.
3. Your responsibilities
When you submit information to us, you agree that:
- the information is accurate, current and your own (or you are authorised to provide it),
- you will keep your details up to date,
- you will not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content,
- you will not use the Service to harvest data or contact other users for unsolicited purposes.
We may decline, suspend or remove any registration at our discretion, for example where information appears false or misleading.
4. Tools — important disclaimers
Salary Calculator. The figures produced are indicative estimates only, based on general assumptions and third-party data. They are not a salary offer, a guarantee, financial advice, or a representation of what any employer will pay. Always verify actual figures with the relevant employer and a qualified adviser.
Flight Finder. This tool generates links to third-party websites (such as Skyscanner, Google Flights and Kayak). We do not sell flights, control those sites, or guarantee the accuracy, availability or price of any result. Any booking is a contract between you and the third-party provider, subject to their terms.
5. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, design, logos, layout) is owned by or licensed to DAVAviation Kft. and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DAVAviation Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from: (a) any introduction or failure to introduce, (b) the conduct of any third-party organisation, (c) reliance on the Salary Calculator or Flight Finder, or (d) interruption or unavailability of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date shown above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, and the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
